Adhesive mounting

For now the adhesive mounting is the most current version of grinding stone assembly, with the highest reliability. A constant and total surface connection to the plate is reached by gluing the grinding-stones to it. In contrast to clamping grinding stones, which we do not recommend, the arising twisting tensions are absorbed by the flexible material of the grinding stone.

During the adhesive process high attention has to be paid to clean and grease-free surfaces, also the bond has to have a consistent covering without air inclusions.

„Regnal Quick-Lock“

The new quick-locking mechanism system of Druckservice/RT-Technik GmbH offers now both options in mounting grinding stones to machines: The conventional adhesive assembly and with our new quick-locking mechanism system.

Basis is a high-strength carrier system, which is assembled to the grinding stone with a special adhesive. Twisting tensions are minimized by the high-strength and nevertheless still flexible connection on the carrier system.

The construction and material properties of the "Regnal Quick Lock Adapter" are preventing possible damages to sensitive surfaces compared with other quick-locking mechanism systems.

Besides the "Regnal Quick Lock Adapter" means that no double storekeeping of grinding stones for the different machines and/or stone assembly must take place.
